What does TerraSites cost?
A flat monthly price sized to your park: $49/month for up to 15 sites, $99/month for 16 to 99 sites, and $199/month for 100+ sites with priority support. You're billed only for the months you're open, every plan includes every feature, and there are no setup or per-booking fees.
How long does it take to switch to TerraSites?
Most campgrounds are live within a weekend. We migrate your sites, seasonal rates, and existing reservations for you as part of free onboarding.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your first month is completely free, no card required. Free migration and onboarding are included with a one-year commitment.
Are there per-booking or setup fees?
TerraSites charges $0 in booking fees: no setup fee, no per-reservation commission, and we never take a cut of what you earn. The one per-booking cost is standard card processing (about 2.9% + 30¢), and that goes straight to Stripe, never to us. What software can you migrate me off of?

Does it work for tent sites, RV hookups, and cabins?
Yes. TerraSites handles tent, RV (30/50-amp), and cabin sites, with amenities, hookups, and an interactive map guests book from on their phone.
Can I still take phone reservations?
Absolutely. Your live availability map doubles as a call-in desk so staff can book a caller's site in seconds.
What is the AI concierge, exactly?
A booking assistant that lives on your campground page and knows only your park: your sites, amenities, rates, live availability and your own guest reviews. A camper can say 'somewhere sunny near the water for a big RV' and it suggests real sites they can book in a tap. It's locked to camping and your campground, so it won't answer off-topic questions.
Where do the reviews come from?
After each stay ends, TerraSites emails your guest a 30-second survey: a star rating, a few taps on what stood out, and an optional comment. Those answers become your ratings, and the concierge uses them to tell the next camper what people actually love about a site.
How does the waitlist work?
When your dates are full, guests leave their name instead of leaving. The moment a cancellation frees a suitable site, everyone waiting for those dates gets emailed automatically, first come first served. You can also turn auto-emails off and reach out yourself.
Does TerraSites work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Export your bookings straight from the dashboard in QuickBooks-ready formats: an invoice CSV for QuickBooks Online and an IIF file for QuickBooks Desktop, plus a full CSV for Excel or any other tool. Pick a date range, download, import. Included on every plan.
Can my front-desk staff have their own logins?
Yes. Every plan includes one employee account with owner-controlled permissions: you decide whether they can take bookings, edit the map, see financials, or change settings. Need more? A $10/month add-on unlocks up to 5 employee accounts.
Can my campground be featured on the TerraSites homepage?
Yes. Featured campgrounds appear first on the public directory where every guest starts their search, with a limit of four featured spots at a time. It's a $19/month add-on. Call or email us to claim a spot.
